Thursday: Delicious Inspiration

We are so glad so many of our chef and restaurateur friends have flocked to Facebook and are now sharing a lot of their recipes, dishes and inspiration. This Thursday's inspiration comes from the amazing Eric Ripert of Le Bernardin. Today on Facebook he shared "The Egg." Yes, please. The Egg: Milk Chocolate Crème Bruleé, Caramel Foam, Maple Syrup, Maldon Sea Salt
